Its the time of the year where everyone is getting engaged. This is also the time most of the couples opt to do their pre-wedding couple portrait sessions aka pre-shoot. One the most common questions clients ask me while booking their pre-wedding session is what to wear to these sessions.
Here are my tips to What to wear to a preshoot/ pre wedding photo session
1. Comfort First
The session requires a lot walking around and climbing up and down things (sometimes) the most important tip is what ever you wear ensure that you are comfortable in it. If you plan to wear high heels for the photos make sure you are carrying a comfortable shoes to walk around. The clothes you wear should not make you uncomfortable, and is weather appropriate.
Don’t be afraid to show the traditional side of you. Every preshoot does not have to be in a pretty flowery dress.
3. Coordinate to match
You definitely do not want to end looking like you landed from two different theme parties for your pre-wedding photo shoot. Coordinate your attire, so if you are going the casual route then ensure that you and your partner are both wearing casual clothes.
4. Pop the color
Don’t be afraid to play with bright colors. Just make sure you are not all over the place.
5. Have some fun
Well this not a what to wear advice, but however remember to have fun cause years later when you look back these pictures you want to have good memories of them. So remember to wear you fun pants while you come for the photo shoot.
