Its a lot of catching up to do on blogging front. I will start with the wedding of Steven & Preeti. A wonderful and uber photogenic couple. Steven works as a branding manager for a A list company and hence for him photographs and video of his wedding where of utmost importance. I love such clients and they make my job so much easier.

Steven and Preeti got married on a beautiful sunny day. Despite the fact that the monsoons had stretched itself a wee bit more it was bright and sunny. These love birds wanted to leave no stones unturned. I love it when couple are very hands on and wanted to add their own personal touch to their D-day.  Steven and Preeti made sure every little aspect of the wedding had some sort of  personal touch involved right from their wedding preparation to the favours given out to the guests at the end of the wedding.

I am so in love with these getting ready shots. The way the natural light falls on Preeti and accentuating her skin is breath taking. I love it when brides choose to get ready in a hotel rather than their home cause its much less chaotic and the ambiance is clutter less. Which simply means lots of photography opportunities.

Doesn’t Preeti look stunning as a bride?

Our original plan was to do the couple portrait session in the hotel lawn but since the daylight was failing on us we decided to do it on the small patch of green outside the church. I say totally wise decision. Steven and Preeti rocked the couple session.

Preeti patiently put up with all the weird and funny poses we asked her to do. And I loved her for this :) I hope she will cherish these photos for years to come.

I know that photographers crib about the video guys light but here is a perfect example how we can also use it to to our advantage. Don’t they look stunning at their first dance as Mr and Mrs?

Steven & Preeti thank you for letting me be a part of your wedding day and giving me the opportunity to capture some breathtaking photos.
